Model S-10 Ink Jet Guidance Station, designed by W. Gillies Technologies, LLC., incorporates many features in a compact, stand-alone unit. The machine is designed for use with continuous ink jet printers for marking on insulated wire and cable, hose, tubing, pipe and extruded profiles.

Bracket mount provides precise positioning of ink jet head over centerline of product.

Encoder & encoder wheel mounted on precision shaft assembly.

Pressure roll, encoder wheel and ink jet head follow contour of product and release when surface defects travel through the machine, reducing possibility of damage to the print head.

User-friendly guard allows easy access to machine when adjustments are required. Additional ink jet head bracket, mounted on outside of guard, allows accessibility to print head while product is running.

Stainless steel enclosure provides for easy cleaning of machine.
