Model S-10 Ink Jet Guidance Station, designed by W. Gillies Technologies, LLC., incorporates many features in a compact, stand-alone unit. The machine is designed for use with continuous ink jet printers for marking on insulated wire and cable, hose, tubing, pipe and extruded profiles.
When variable text or sequential printing is required on your product, we provide
- A complete line of inkjet guidance and measurement stations configured to fit virtually any brand and model of CIJ inkjet printer.
- Turn-key systems that include inkjet head bracket, encoder mount, measuring wheel and a selection of guide rollers properly sized to fit your product.
Our products feature:
- Pressure rollers and measuring wheels that follow the contour of the product and back away should an irregularity or obstruction travel through the machine
- Precise X-Y positioning system that maintains a centerline between the inkjet head and the product that is being identified
